Information We Collect
31SH collects minimal data necessary to operate the game:
- Device ID — a randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie to recognize returning players without requiring an account.
- Email & Password — only if you choose to register an account. Used solely for login and cross-device access.
- Game Data — your game results, balance, and transaction history to provide the service.
- Technical Data — IP address and browser/user-agent information for analytics and abuse prevention.
How We Use Your Data
- Operate the game, track your balance and progress
- Process in-app purchases via Polar.sh
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Improve the service
Payments
All payment processing is handled by Polar.sh. We never see or store your credit card details. Polar.sh receives your purchase metadata (package type, user ID) solely to process and verify transactions. See Polar.sh's Privacy Policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except:
- Polar.sh (payment processing as described above)
- Hostinger (our hosting provider, who processes data on our behalf under standard hosting terms)
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by contacting us. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 12 months.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
Children
31SH is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
